Referee assessment for: July 5th. 2002 Chelsea OT2 OCSL

bulletReferee was reasonable.
bulletUnable to determine what obstruction was, and never gave fouls for compound fouls, such as obstruction by a player holding off access to another. This occurred several times during the match.
bulletAs is normal, Ottawa corner kick positioning, but occasionally set himself up on the goal line but in the wrong side of the goal.
bulletDidn't know what holding and shoving was in the Laws of the Game.
bulletGave one penalty fairly. Should have given another when someone was blatantly pushed in the Chelsea area.
bulletNever noticed a Chelsea player shout that they would deal with the ref after the game? He did drive off rather quickly, did the ref!
